The founder, Matthew Maynard, began his career in arboriculture when he lived in New Orleans after completing a production tree climbing course(TCIA) in Atlanta in 2017. He immediately noticed the difference in industry standard of tree care between Mississippi and Louisiana(New Orleans).  

 

With New Orleans being a preservation district, all tree care is regulated and can only be practiced by insured, license professionals. This furthered education by not only the arborist, but the customers as well. A basic understanding of tree care and natural science are required in order to provide basic needs for an urban landscape. We are bringing this level of tree care to our home in North Mississippi!

The company that allowed Matt to grow and develop into the arborist he is today, A Perfect Cut LLC, is the top tier tree service in New Orleans, servicing residents and businesses from the Garden District to the shores of Lake Ponchartrain. The tremendous responsibility given to Matthew was instrumental in training him to manage and run a successful business and most importantly, to provide clientele with the best tree care available.  

After mastering modern tree trimming and removal techniques with the most up to date equipment and technology, Matthew is proud to bring the same level of tree care to his home state of Mississippi.
